- Each item have a different weight and size,so we can't give a flat shipping rate. To know the shipping cost via Hong Kong international registered air mail or via DHL,just add the items you want and in the cart click the "Get a Quote" button.
- Where is your company and store located?
- Our company is located in New Zealand and the warehouse is located in China for cost reason,GuangZhou to be precise. The owner,me,is Italian :) Quite an international company. We don't have a physical store,we just sell online.

- Each order is dispatched usually after 3-4 days if shipped via International Registered Air Mail, and 1-2 days if shipped via DHL. Items using registered air mail usually take 5-15 days.For faster delivery you can chose DHL Express,that deliver usually in 2-4 days.

- At the moment we only accept Paypal standard and Express and Credit Card(Visa and Mastercard only) payment .
We also accept offline payments,but only for orders above 50 EUR,since it's very time consuming to check them.Soon we will add MoneyBookers. With Paypal Express you can checkout without the need to register to our website.
The store display many currencies,but in the end we accept only EUR as currency and paypal will automatically convert you currency to EUR. We have no control over the currency conversion rate paypal apply.
Credit Card payment are processed through our italian bank IWBank(service IWSmile),so when paying you will be redirected through their website.The website is SSL protected and certified,so you can see it's legit.
By chosing "Offline payment methods" at the checkout,you can use other traditional methods like T/T,Western Union,Money Gram etc.

We do not share or sell any information to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- Kawaii-me only offers returns on items sold directly through our site. We offer a 14 day return policy, whatever the reason, if within 14 days of getting the item, you may send it back to us for a refund. All items must be returned with all accessories and free gifts that came with it. Refunds will not be given to any damaged item(this includes item that have scratches or any other cosmetic damage). Items must be returned in a as new state.
Items that come with sealed accessories are considered used and unreturnable if these accessories are opened. All returns will be deducted shipping and $5.00 per item.
After 14 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items come with a standard 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship, it does not cover damage by misuse. If your item arrives non functioning/DOA/or defective then the buyer must notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving, we will exchange the defective item for a new one, we will also credit the buyer (up to USD$10) for shipping expenses to returning the product. We do not replace any accessories (headphone, USB cable etc) or free gift items that may have come with the item. Please Contact Us before returning anything. - Warranty
- All items come with a 12 month standard warranty against defects in workmanship, it does not cosmetic wear and tear or damage through misuse.
